Northwestern State University of Louisiana will screen Community First, A Home for the Homeless at their campus on November 9 at 6:30pm as part of their Voices of Diversity Series. Dr. Ruth Weinzettle, Department Head and Professor of the Department of Social Work, had seen the film in Alexandria, LA, during the Southern Circuit Tour of Independent Filmmakers last year and wanted to bring it her campus. They have also purchased the educational license to the film making it available to their students for years to come.
